Perfect. You're not the only one.
A lot of companys are looking for Ruby On Rails developers these days. As you probably know, the market is highly competitive.
You might have posted your job in Monster, Infojobs, LinkedIn, etc. If that's the case, you probably found out that those sites don't work well when looking for something as specific as a Ruby On Rails developer. You probably paid and received hundreds of applications from people who are not what you're looking for. Or you simply don't have the time to evaluate so many candidates.
That's probably why you are here, right?
Imagine that you could post your job in one platform and receive only a bunch of emails from developers that are very interested and qualified to get the job done.
Imagine that you could find a developer that perfectly understands what you are looking for and becomes a key member of your project or team.
Isn't that exactly what you're looking for?
We exist so that you can find a great developer.
Wheter you're looking for a CTO to work fulltime on your project, or a freelance developer to work remotely for some hours, we're here to help.
We want you to receive a reasonable number of candidates that really fit your needs. We want you to have several candidates to choose from, but we don't want you to spend time and money in multiple platforms. Less quantity and more quality.
We're members of the Spanish community of developers ourselves, and we've managed to let everyone know about TrabajosRails. Ask anyone, they will probably tell you that they "check TrabajosRails from time to time to see what's out there" :)
Es el canal que mejor nos funciona para encontrar desarrolladores en un mercado tan complicado como este.
Do I need to sign up to post a job?
No, we don't want you to waste your time and think about another password. You will only need to fill in the job.
How do I pay?
Will I be able to edit the job afterwards?
Yes, we will send you a confirmation email after the job has been automatically published. This email will include a secret link to edit the job and make as many changes as you like.
Should I post my job in english or spanish?
Up to you! Most of the people that visit TrabajosRails are from Spain, but they also speak english. And if they don't, they're probably not the kind of person you're looking for anyway.
